As far as I know, there is no such thing as a FRYING PAN CEREMONY.  Infact, the whole idea is riddled with nonsense.  As if the frying pan, in and of itself, could perform actions worthy of instigating ceremonial recognition.  This is not to say frying pans can not be good, even great, however, an inanimate tool's succession must be entirely accredited to the operator of said object.  Therefore, a FRYING PAN CEREMONY is not only an insult to the craftsmen behind the pan, but to those who use frying pans everyday.
